Let’s start with the feature that makes a truck a truck – the truck bed. The bed design on the Ridgeline includes Honda’s one-of-a-kind in-bed locking trunk with a drain. This provides secure, water tight and out-of-sight storage for your valuables and also doubles as an ice cooler.

The Ridgeline's Unique Trunk Bed

Or you can drop the tailgate to easily slide in bulky items or expand the cargo space easily with the optional bed extender. Ridgeline’s lay-flat bed also allows you to haul large, flat items with nothing to get in the way or damage your items. Ridgeline also features an optional in-bed audio system, which lets you to still listen to music at your favorite outdoor activities — like a tailgate party!

Ridgeline also features a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds in the base two-wheel drive, and the optional intelligent Variable Torque Management™ (i-VTM4™) all-wheel-drive system increases the towing capacity to 5,000 pounds. The standard four-wheel disc brakes provide plenty of stopping power for all types of loads. The large center console is roomy – it’s even large enough to hold a ten-inch tablet. Optional leather seating, 10-way driver’s power seat with memory, and a heated steering wheel keep the driver happy and comfortable. The power moonroof and Tri-Zone Automatic Climate Control keeps everyone in the cab comfortable and happy. The 60-40 split folding rear seat lets you haul plenty of cargo and gear inside the cab.

Also optional are SiriusXM and HD Radio, providing the ultimate in radio channel selection, and options of up to a 540-watt stereo system with in-bed audio to maximize your audio experience.

Ridgeline also includes the strength, safety and security not found on other pickups. Starting with Ridgeline’s Unit-body construction, Ridgeline’s cab is integral with the chassis, providing a rigid yet lightweight structure that encapsulates your passengers with the same strength as the frame. Ridgeline also offers the best driving safety features, including blind spot monitoring, Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™), which automatically slows the vehicle to help the driver prevent an accident. The Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM) and Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) warns the driver and, if needed, automatically provides driver assistance to keep Ridgeline in your lane, on the road and helps prevent accidents before they happen.

To help keep you safe when changing lanes or turning, Honda LaneWatch™ switches on a wide-view camera whenever you activate your right turn signal, allowing you to see four times more than the passenger side mirror alone. Adaptive Cruise Control automatically adjusts your vehicle’s speed to maintain a safe following distance from the vehicle in front of you, without having to constantly adjust your speed manually.

Ridgeline’s safety features made it a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) 5-star crash rating**. If you’re looking for a new truck, the Ridgeline is a must-see.
