Must mail proof of toll being paid along with our Toll Form (available to you during your dealership visit) to:

Proof of toll includes two items:
1. A copy of the mailed invoice sent to the registered vehicle owner with the visible time and date of your dealership visit.
2. A printed screenshot of your online account that shows the toll deduction with the visible time and date of your dealership visit.
